Lion in 2008 iMac

Is there any problems in installing Lion 7.1 on a 2008 iMac/SL 10.6.8?

iMac Snow Leopard, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

I had no issues with my old iMac (2008).

PPC apps will not run so check your third party software for updates or upgrades before you install Lion.
