Forgot The Restrictions Password

I set restrictions on my iPhone and cannot remember the passkey. I tried: Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings (and "Reset All Settings"). Those options are blocked by the password as well. I succesfully wiped and restored the iPhone from iTunes. That restored everything (including the restrictions password) from before.

Is there a way to remove the restrictions password if it's forgotton?

-If I can remove the password does that mean I have to "start all over" with my iphone? (All my music, pictures and videos?)

Would love your feedback,

The only way to remove the restrictions passcode is to Restore as new, without using a backup. Your music, media and apps can still be synced to the phone from the iTunes library on your computer. Photos will be lost unless you're also syncing them to an app on your computer. Same for contacts and calendars.
