IPhone 3gs restoring error 1601 Help!!!!!

Hello there i have a problem with my iphone 3gs I was currently on the 4.3.3 version until i updated it to the newest version which is 4.3.5. My phone worked well with the update until like 3 day later i decided to turn off my iphone and morning i turn it on and wouldnt turn on at all, and i charged it and connect to computer, phone wouldnt charge or computer recognize it until putting it in dfu mode, so i tried restoring the phone and during the process when it say "preparing iphone for restore" it stops and gives me the error "iphone cant be restored.... itunes error 1601"

Iphone was never jailbroken

need help on how i can fix this

p.s im not trying to re-install itunes since i have other iphones saved in the itunes and reinstalling itunes mean i have to restore the iphones in order to sync them with it.

just need to fix it this my only phone i have
