Gaming Mac?

I am trying to decide what mac I should get for gaming as its main use. I was looking at the Mac minis and iMacs but am not sure what hardware should I upgrade (Processor, Memory, Hard drive, anything I've forgotten). I currently have a base model 13 inch MacBook Pro (Processor 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3, Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB). Any advise?

Definitely your only viable option is the top of the line 12-core Mac Pro with Apple Monitor:

Fully tricked out at $8,996.00.

That is about as helpful as saying the Mac Pro server with everything for $75,726.95. Can anyone say $50,000 in apple care?
