When I connect my iphone 4 to itunes, the itunes only shows blank small tabs (without words)

Hi,

I uninstall my previous version itunes and reinstall the new itunes 10.1.2 but when I connected the iphone to my computer, the itunes was only showing blank tabs (no words).

The tabs for "Summary", "info","music","apps", "Ringtones", "update", and "restore"

that normally will shows if u click iphone on the left side, only showing small blank tabs without any words.

However, this does not happen with itunes 9 which I used before

Please help me as I don't know what to do
