It would help to know which one of the 9 different models of MacBook you have. To see which model you have go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info (and then System Report in 10.7). When System Profiler comes up check the Model Identifier.

The Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.7 requires 128mb of graphics memory and the Early 2006 model 1,1 through the Mid 2007 model 2,1 only has 64mb of graphics memory

And it requires

Mac OS X hardware decoding support: On Mac computers, hardware decoding of H.264 video in Flash Player is available with Mac OS X 10.6.4 and later on hardware supported by the Mac OS Video Decode Acceleration Framework (such as the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M, GeForce 320M, and GeForce GT 330M). Whether hardware decoding will engage for a specific video is determined by the Mac OS Video Decode Acceleration Framework

And the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M wasn't used until the Late 2008 model 5,1 and later.
