Question about Backups

Hello all,

I just went swimming with my ipod touch (3rd gen) in my bathing suit pocket. I wasnt swimming long and I'm leaving it to dry for several days so it will hopefully make it and still work.

If it doesn't make it, however, I am not worried about buying a new one. I am worried, however, about notes I took on the iPod.

I backed the ipod up on itunes just last night. I was reading the support pages and it says that Notes is backed up. But the notes that I'm worried about were notes I took using a separate app (Notemaster to be exact).

If I were to buy a new ipod touch and load the backup from last night onto it, would all those notes I took in Notemaster still be present?
