I noticed that some documents, I believe those that have been changed, have a saved copy. How do I delete the "saved copies" of documents? I do not want more than one saved. I think I have unchecked boxes that do the saving and revision activities. All help is appreciated.

Then is there a way to limit the numbers of save for each document?
I believe that is regulated by the OS. This is all explained in the link I provided.
