How can I get all my calendars to synch?

I have a desktop, and laptop, an iPad I and and iPhone 4, and I use Mobile Me. My phone and iPad seem to always be in synch, but somehow my computer calendars do not, even when I am signed into Mobile me on the desktop or laptop. One further complication is that I have Outlook at work, and it only seems to work with my phone, not any of the others. Help! It is so confusing!
