Q: Problems accessing iTunes Library
I am trying to access my iTunes library from within FCP X using the Music and Sounds browser. After I select iTunes from the fly-out menu "Open iTunes to populate this list" appears in the browser window. Even after I open iTunes, none of my songs appear in the window. Anyone else seeing this?

I was finally able to resolve this problem by reinstalling iLife '11. Immediately after installing I had to do a software update to bring iPhoto up-to-date. Can't guarantee this will work for everyone, but it worked for me.
