Recently I downloaded Vtok app from iTune. Vtok is same as Google Talk.
Problem: Vtok is not accepting my gmail ID and password. Everything while logging, it is showing a message:
Login error.
Please check your user name and password.
With the same user name and password I can login to my G-Talk account, gmail & Orkut. I do not know what’s wrong with Vtok app.

If you have Google's two step verification, turn it off
Hey guys, i have the same problem. just installed my vtok on my ipad and it doesnt accept username en password. i dont have a gmail account but i registerd my email adres with google account. it works with google and youtube. where do i turn of the 2 step verification?
Try to give full gmail I'd, like name@googlemail.com,
It works for me
There is a setting in gmail for "Access for less secure apps". Turn the toggle to Off and you should be able to login.
Vtok App issue
