My Mac does not recognize my Asus Transformer Tablet

I want to use bluetooth, or even a USB, to connect my Asus Transformer Tablet to my Mac to exchange information. The Mac sees the tablet and vice versa but the Mac says the tablet "does not have the necessary services." What exactly does that mean, and how can I get by this to make photo transfers, etc.
