multiple draft folders

A coworker of mine has his iPhone set up to sync with our Exchange 2007 server (Outlook 2010). Everything is working fine except there are multiple draft folders showing up in his mailbox. The main Drafts Folder is there, but there are also Draft1, Draft2, Draft3 ... up to Draft20. They're syncing with Outlook, and he's able to delete them from his desktop, but we'd like to figure out how they're being created in the first place, and avoid that.

Anyone else ever see this problem?

Thanks in advance

All my company iPhone users have two MS Exchange accounts on their phones, their own personal account, and a second account that syncs to a common calendar. The second account is set with:

Mail: OFF

Contacts: OFF

Calendar: ON

Reminders: ON

They are not using the second account for mail at all, but, like Rebecca, in that account (on Outlook) every day we have DRAFT1, DRAFT2, DRAFT3 etc., sometimes up to DRAFT20.

All the Draft folders are empty but are causing concern for my users as they feel obligated to check them each day before deleting them again.

Has anyone got any idea as to what caues these folders to be created?
