Dear ScuseMe,

Thank you for your advice, it has been a big help for me.

I found a problem with Dell USB (herb included) Keyboard.

While installing Wireless Keyboard is useless, so, I have plug-in DELL USB Keyboard for Windows Setup.

MAYBE, It generate the error.

Here is troubleshoot sequence

1. remove BootCamp partition ast OSX

2. Repartitioning using BootCamp

3. I have removed all USB connection just before Restart From BootCamp Assistance

4. Rebooting ..... on DVD Drive with Windows 7 Pro SP1 CD

5. I just plug-in MOUSE only to go to the next step while installing Windows 7

6. At drive selection screen, I have format BootCamp partition

7. Keep going....

8. At USER ACCOUNT Input Screen, I have connected Keyboard.

Anyway, it OK, now. Even I got the other problem..

BootCamp 3.2 or 3.3 is not support Windows 7 SP1 .....

I am wrong, the trouble is occured again.

Eventually, windows 7 shows error while installing drivers. Windows 7 can not access TCPIP.SYS from /Windows/System32/Drivers. I have checked theree is TCPIP.SYS. even I copied again. but, this problem is not fixed.

so, I decide to install Win 7 again ~

But, It shows a error some time after expanding 1% . some time 3% ...

I made new copy, but simiar.

I have tried to install using Flash Drive ~ But, Same ~

It makes me feel so difficult ~

Maybe I have tried to install Win 7 more than 20 times today.

Do I need to suspect the faiure of super drive or Hard drive ?

P/S

BootCamp r3.2 :: it can not be installed. I have extracted all drivers and trybto install one by one. some driver is not installed such as ATI graphic driver, sound driver, ...

BootCamp r3.3 :: installer allows to start to install the driver. but, RAR self-extracting shows a error. And, fail to install drivers. I have tried to install individually after decompress the driver. all drivers are installed without trouble. But, maybe Crashed with ATI installer which tried using BootCamp 3.2.

My windows Starr to show error. it can load Tcpip.SYS. So, I have retried to install BootCamp again. But,

I can not install Win 7 SP1 in BootCamp.

Anyway, I have to tries again tomorrow.

SOLVED :::

Simply, I do not know why, need some gap between OSX partition and Windows 7 partiton.

Workflow

1. Using BootCamp Assistance, I have made 100GB BootCamp Partition

2. Quit BootCamp

3. Using DiskUtility, Reduce OSX partition around 1GB

4. Reboot and Select Windows 7 DVD with option key.

5. Install Windows 7

I decide to make make another NTFS partiton to share data between OSX and Windows 7 easily.

So, I need to make HFS, NTFS, NTFS partitions, but,

Actually, there are Two hidden partitions such EFI and RecoveryHD.

Windows system just support 4 Partitons only.

So, I decide to Remove RecoveryHD..... YOU MUST MAKE RECOVERY USB FIRST,

* Hint : You can use 3rd part USB recovery flash drive using InstallESD. I have made from MBA,

but, I can recover my iMac using this one. (but, Memory size should be matched to avoid error)

Workflow

1. Open 'Terminal' and, using DiskUtil command line method, REMOVE and MERGE RecoveryHD

2. Partioning as 100GB/100GB/800GB, when partitioning, I have format FAT for the last 100GB/800GB partitons.

3. Reduce OSX (first) partion as 99GB

4. Install Windows 7

- Insert DVD

- Reboot and press 'option' key, select Windows 7 DVD

* Actually, system will be reboot to OSX before finish Windows 7 installation.

* Just setup Start Drive to Windows Driver, Remove Windows 7 DVD and Reboot

5, Change drive name in Windows 7

6. Format extra 800GB drive as NTFS

7. Install Paragon NTFS driver

8. Use....

Anyway, I have resolved my installing error with the gap between OSX and BOOTCAMP partition.

There is a tip on MacFixit/Cnet about setting aside a small 4GB? to allow the Assistant to partition properly. Saw it right after Lion and thought it was due to having to have Recovery and such.

Covers more than just your issue....

There has always part of using EFI, been a comlimentary GPT (200MB) (Apple calls it GUID), but there have also been a 128MB EFI. Windows might get lost/confused seeing 128MB there though maybe Apple and MS got to talking, and now iwth both having system reserved 100 and 128MB. Windows 7 will usually try to boot using its 100MB (34MB used on mine) as its boot manager.
