Rome: Total War - stuck in Waiting Mode on App Store?

Lion - 2.66 i5 - 8G Ram - 512Video

So I purchased Rome: Total War on my app store on my 2010 iMac today.

I'm still in waiting mode. Its not downloading at all.

During my first attempt it actually began to download. Then it just vanished. Upon a second download attempt, it just sits in waiting mode in Launchpad.

I've tried to reboot my computer to no avail. Still stuck in there in waiting mode.

Any ideas?
