I am trying to view the video tutorials on the Apple website, I can hear the sound but can't see the video, just the words "missing plug-in"! What am I missing and how do I get it?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
Looking back at old discussions I found the answer. I turned off the Divx extensions in Safari>Preferences>Extensions and the Apple videos work! Thank you - you clever people!
