screen resolution is not optimal for iPhoto

Just upgraded to Lion, I periodically get the warning: The current screen resolution is not optimal for iPhoto. I didn't get this in Snow Leopard. Why now? I have a Macbook Pro.

Sad day at Black Rock! Apple no longer has an ability to react directly with its customer base either on line or by phone since the advent of "MobileMe" and the demise of ".Mac"!!! Problems with equipment or software go unanswered unless you are still within the warranty period or have an existing Apple Care contract! My Power Mac G5 Dual Processor and this, MacBook Pro 2.2 (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.33 GHz), falls in this DITCH!

I am NOT enthralled with this Apple Support Communities - particularly with this re-occurring screen resolution not being optimal problem! Have tried all suggestions - NOTHING HELPS! I give up!! An utter waste of time.
