iMovie error (-108)

Hi,

The problem star after upgrade macosx to 10.7 , My iMovie'11 can not output quicktime movie if the reslution bigger than 720p (1280x720) and get an error code (-108).

I been removie and reinstall the iLife'11 , and done fix all disk permission, and all disk error , but still got an error code after a few hours of output ..

I've search all the discussion groups, but nobody can answer it. can you ?

John, I did a quick Google search and found this discussion on the iMovie Discussion Group:

iMovie 08 v 7.1.1 - Can't export - Error -108 - Help Please!

It's not the same version of iMovie you are using, but it is the same error. One person was able to shutdown their computer and then it worked, others chose a smaller output frame size and that worked. What happens if you choose to Share > Export Movie instead of Export QuickTime. Do you have all the largest sizes available? Are some of them grayed out and unavailable?

I did try reboot mac a few times before export my movie, but It's not worked.

And I had read that discussion article earlier, not help either. I've try export movie to iTunes or export to mov,m4v movie, or using QuickTime to export movie, even adding 8 GB of ram to 12GB, still can not export 1080p movie.

I export 1080p movie since 2 years ago using imovie in iLife'09 or iLife'11 , and it worked very well, untill now.
