how to check size of installed apps?
Is it possible to check the size (MBs) of iPhone 4 installed apps directly on Iphone?

You can't, directly on the phone.

Settings>General>About...number of apps, songs, videos, & photos...total capacity & available capacity. That's about it.
As a total it is ok. But How to check the size of each individual app? 😕

go into icloud. it might be sizes of individual apps or maybe just data stored by the app.
iOS 5: Settings > General > Usage and tap "Show all Apps" at the bottom of those displayed under "Storage".
