Logic 9.1.5 all plugins disappeared and coreAudio error (on Lion)

Ever since I installed Lion on my early 2008 Macbook Pro I have been havinf problems with CoreAudio
(before I can do anyhting like facetime or VLC or itunes, I need to restart the coreaudiod process in the activity monitor)

Then I opened an ongoing project in Logic Pro with some plugins.. (some standard that came with logic and some 3rd party AU's)

All of them had a diagonal line indicating that they are not found... Not even the standard plugins..
I tried restarting logic in 32bit mode but it did not matter!

after turning Coreaudio on and off in Logic Audio preferences it is retunring this error "Error code -2 was returned by the Audio driver."

what is happening???

Please help appreciated...
