Unable to load songs?

I'm unable to load 1 album onto my iTunes. I know it is possible because this album was in my library before I reformated my computer. The folder isn't locked or anything. I am able to load other songs as well.

I've tried rebooting, and also renaming the folder the songs are in; for some reason it uploaded the Album Artwork but not the songs.
