where is the standard quartz-filter folder under LION?

I mean with the standart .qfilter files. (Reduce File Size or Black & White)

MacBook 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - 4GB RAM, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Thanks Colin,

but i a have a different Problem.

I can‘t delete the User Quartz-Settings which i copied in the Library/PDF Services.

In the Folder USER / LIBRARY / FILTERS are no Filter-Files and in the Folder LIBRARY / PDF Services are no Files too.
