MBP 13" Medio 2010 Lion - Graphics problem

I hope so too. The glitches are so annoying.

Anyone knows, if this is fixed with the 10.8. GM? ;-)

10.8 is out. Any new experience with this problem with OS X ML?

I have updated to ML yesterday, and no problems.

However, even with Lion, the problem did not occured for me during the past 3-4 weeks. But I have no explanations.

I hope the problem is definitevely behind now.

Same as you, I haven't seen this ocurred any more for the past 3 weeks.

Don't know what fixed but I'm glad it's gone.

i have upgraded to mountain lion and within the first 10 mins of using it i got the glitch again

ok further to what i posted previously I have been getting some pretty extensive glitching

while inside a folder, double clicking and then selecting multiple items creates glitches within the window. this is not a rare occurence, it happens everytime i double click and select items...

I get it with Mountain Lion. Just got it on the App Store. Even tried a clean install using the Mountain Lion recovery. I formatted my hard drive and everything. Still getting all kinds of graphic glitches. 😟

I don't use Mountain Lion at the moment.

It would be the best, if you would fill a bugreport ( bugreport.apple.com ). I think this is the only chance that this bug will be fixed in an update.

In the Macrumors forums - http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1196552&page=3 - there are also some people with the glitches.

I also haven't seen this glitches for a some weeks..

Crazy glitches!

I'm having this problem with mountain lion on my MBP 2009. Getting weird screen glitches and corruption. I've noticed it primarily happening in Chrome. Sometimes its just a flicker of the browser other times its full on corruption requiring a reboot.

Also, I am using an external monitor as well. It seems to happen only with an external monitor after a while.

There is a workaround to make the glitches go away. I don't know if it works for everyone, but it works for me (Mid-2010 13" MPB):

I am actual still at OS X Lion; too busy to upgrade! ;-) But also interested if it the glitches are fixed for you.

But it's not too bad. Mountain Lion is still pretty great. Also, don't forget that I'm using an external monitor (olf Apple cinema display) connected via a Mini displayport to DVI adapter. The issue doesn't seem to manifest itself without the external monitor hooked up.
