I'm having the same problem. I've been using the same payment information and am constantly asked to verify. In the past it's ok because i just enter the security code of my card and the problem goes away, but this time the problem persisted and no matter what i do i cant get rid of it. I even tried a different card. Help please.
*also, it seems that many ppl have had this problem in the past, please tell us how u solved it. Thank you.
