iTunes is not install

OS Win XP SP3.

For the first time I install iTunes v.10.4.0.8. All worked well. There was suddenly a problem with "Apple Mobile Device". I can`t use my iPod touch 4G

in iTunes(It was not connected to the program) "Apple Mobile Device" froze the OS Win/ But iTunes music player worked.

Then I deleted the program iTunes and its components as it is recommended

During reinstallation iTunes there was a message on an error of start of service "Apple Mobile Device". Then I see the dispatcher of services

Windows. For service Apple Mobile Device I see the following: the start Type = AUTO, a condition = isn't present anything, an input from a name =

Local system. I try to start service, jumps out thus an error message 1053:

"It was not possible to start service Apple Mobile Device on the Local computer.

Error 1053: the Service hasn't answered inquiry in due time."

As service Apple Mobile Device doesn't change the condition I continue installation iTunes up to the end. Upon termination of installation I start in

iTunes and thus I receive such window with the message:

iTunesHelper

Apple Application Support was not found.

Apple Application Support is required run iTunesHelper. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again.

ITunes it was not established...

I will in addition inform that the account of the user with the rights of the manager. Tried to do 10 times reinstallation operation iTunes.Help please. I

can`t use my iPod touch 4G to the full.
