since that sometimes, i sit in areas where's neither wi-fi nor a good internet connection. is there a way that i can connect to the internet via laptop while i'm concceting the ipad 2 to laptop using usb wire?

    No you can't connect the iPad to your PC to share an Internet connection with a USB cable if that is what your are asking. If you sit in areas where there is no WiFi then how would your PC connect to the Internet? You would still need an Internet connection for the PC to connect to so your question confuses me a little bit unless you mean that the PC is connected with an Ethernet cable to your modem.

     

    If the PC is connected to the Internet this way, you can share the PC's Internet connection with the iPad via WiFi if your PC OS supports this.I have no clue what version of Windows you are running but if you are using Windows 7 and you want to turn your PC into a hotspot for your iPad read this.
