Lost iPhone, can i lock my phone through IMEI?
My phone has been snatched by motorist. Are there any way to lock my iPhone so that the device is unaccessible anymore?

Only if you had Apple's free Find My Phone setup & activated, otherwise no. You should contact your carrier & report your loss, some carrier's will blacklist lost/stolen phones. Aloso report the theft to the police. Change all of your passwords: email, iTunes, etc.
