And won't budge past the 12:33 mark.  Can't even skip ahead to next chapter.  Also froze entire Video app.  Can't even get out of rental movie.  Have gone through several resets but no change.  How do I (a) delete this movie & then (b) get a refund or chance to re-download?

    I had the exact same problem tonight and have the same questions. Did you ever hear back or find a solution? I finally deleted the rental from my iPad (through itunes) to get the video app to open again but never got to see the end of the movie. Would like to know how to get a refund or credit.

    I was able to get a full refund from Apple with no problems.  They were great about it. 

     

    Here's what I did:  I pulled up the emailed receipt from the movie rental.  On the receipt/email, there is a link you can click that states: "report a problem".  That link will take you to an iTunes page in which you can describe the issue.  They will reply within 24 hours.
