If you have the latest update to your OS (10.7.1), you will have the latest graphics driver.

How do I ensure that I have the latest update to my OS? What specific steps do I need to take if I have, say, OS X 10.7.0?

In the top left corner, click the Apple logo and select "Software update" Apply any updates as suggested in the list. Latest version of Lion is 10.7.1
