It's not just enough to remove the bullets because
it's the underlying formatting that Keynote has a
problem with. To deal with that, you either need to
remove the "bullets" master from your presentation
(and any master that supports bullets used in slides
in your presentation) or reformat the bullets
parameter across all slides.

I am also having trouble exporting from Keynote 5 to PowerPoint. This is a recent development as I was able to do this all last fall (did so regularly for a course I was teaching). I am using the same version of keynote but now run 10.4.4. I always used bulleted lists in keynote before and they exported just fine...what have they done in 10.4.4 to make this no longer work???

Thanks, YS

Ok, I've taken my old keynote presentations from last fall and tried to export them to ppt again and it worked. I think the problem is starting with a Keynote formatted document and then exporting to ppt. Open ppt and save just one slide with a title and bullets or whatever. Then open this template in Keynote and you are good to go. I just duplicate this slide over and over again in Keynote and then add pictures etc. The same images, effects, everything that I had in my original Keynote are working using this template. I am able to export to ppt no problem.
