Cannot add new sites to the web server

Hi, whenever I try to add a new website to the Web Server using Server.app, it says "Writing Web Server Settings", and then it just stops, and the window for setting up the new website never disappears. Then, if you close the window by clicking "Close" and go to a different service and then back, two new copies of my primary host name are added to the list. This was not happening this morning and I don't know what caused it! It started acting up soon after I did this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4838. Any ideas? Thanks!
