AppsyncNotifier. dll missing entrypoint SQLite3-wal-checkpoint

Windows startup error Window appears before the IPhone is connected.

AppsyncNotifier.exe: The procedure entry point SQLite3-wal-checkpoint could not be found in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll.

Apple walked me through reinstall of ITunes, but it accomplished nothing.

Can anyone help?

The solution I found was to go to C:/Program Files(x86) /Common Files/ Apple/ Apple Application Support.

Right click and copy the file 'SQLite3.dll'.

Go back to the 'Apple' folder.

Go into the 'Mobile Device Support' folder and paste in the SQLite3 file.
