Occasionally a tmp file opens at random that has Sysdiagnose file

basically my problem is in the subject. But to further explain it opens at random sometimes 2ce or 3 times a day and some days it doesnt pop up at all. i could be on my mac book pro 13" for an hour or for 10 hours and it will randomly open up. the file that opens up is a tmp folder that holds all these Sysdiagnose files they are in a zip format and when i double click them a folder then appears in the tmp folder. These sysdiagnose files all are labeled: Sysdiagnose_(Month)_(Date)_(exact time w/ seconds including).tar.gz. I'm not sure if i should be worried or if maybe it is a bug or what but i am at college and i can not afford to lose my computer due to a crash or anything that would effect the health of my mac. I have a Macbook pro 13" 2011 lower end model. I'm also using OSX lion. Thanks for the help in advanced.

It seems to be sysdiagnose, triggered by a key combination Control-Option-Command-Shift-Period. I use keyboardcleantool which stops all input from the keyboard, but when my cat lies down just right on the keyboard, she triggers the key combo (which works despite keyboardcleantool being active). Here's the start of the output from running "man sysdiagnose" in the terminal:

sysdiagnose(1) BSD General Commands Manual sysdiagnose(1)

NAME

sysdiagnose -- gathers system-wide diagnostic information helpful in

investigating system performance issues.

SYNOPSIS

sysdiagnose -h

sysdiagnose [-f results_directory] [process_name | pid]

DESCRIPTION

sysdiagnose tool gathers system diagnostic information helpful in inves-

tigating system performance issues. A great deal of information is har-

vested, spanning system state and configuration. sysdiagnose needs to be

run as root. sysdiagnose can be triggered upon pressing a special key

chord; this is currently Control-Option-Command-Shift-Period.

I'm having a similar problem.

Does anyone know if the "sysdiagnose" file can be used by someone breaking into a machine? The reason I ask is that the sysdiagnose folder opened randomly after I left my MacBookPro with Lion unattended for an hour. There were a few other folders left open. Folders that are usually hidden from view. And this morning my iTunes was accessed and songs set to play randomly. I'm wondering if someone is accessing my machine through my wifi although it could be that I'm activating the files/ programmes myself inadvertently. I would appreciate any advice on this issue.
