When I click on my keyboard viewer icon it doesn't appear, the only thing I see is a little window which I can't resize. Looks like this:

After enabling the options, go back into the menu in the toolbar, you should now see this:

Try trashing the .plist with KeyboardViewer in its name in Home/Library/Preferences.

Thanks! It's the same solution, just using Terminal instead of the graphic interface.
Keyboard Viewer doesn't appear.
