Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

ATV thought to be dead revived. Here is how I did it.

ATV 2 would not start up. Did the whole menu down thing, unplugging etc.

Finally, I unplugged power

Unplugged HDMI

Plugged usb into my MB.

Waited about 5 minutes

Plugged the power and hdmi back in

Unplugged the USB

Hit menu on the remote and on it came

Go figure
