Podcast won't play

Podcast won't play

I'm new to podcasting but I've done everything correctly,found my podcast in the iTunes store, subscribed, watched iTunes download all episodes, but when I clicked to play, nothing happened and iTunes doesn't indicate that the episodes are even there. They are still in the store and they won't play from the store either.

I used Podomatic RSS 2.0 feed. I uploaded in the .mov format set to 264 at a 16:9 aspect ratio... 30 frames per second... I've validated the feed... What's wrong???

As you are Windows it might be a problem with your QuickTime plugin - this should have been installed when you installed iTunes but you could try reinstalling iTunes or QuickTIme itself : http://www.apple.com/quicktime

Other than that it's not really possible to comment unless you would like to publish the URLs of both your feed and the Store page - this latter can be found by control-clicking on the podcast image (or where it should be) - and choosing 'Copy link'. Please include the http:// in both cases to make the links clickable.

It works perfectly well on a Mac. You should see if you can ask someone who has Windows to try it (I can't do this): if they can play it it's a problem local to you, and may be the QuickTime plugin. If they can't then there's some problem inherent to Windows, but I'm afraid I can't advise on that.
