How do I convert .MOV files to .FLV? I need to do this for a website that is hosting my original videos.

HandBrake 0.9.5 should do the trick.

Actually, I don't see how to use HandBrake for this purpose. There appear to be two outputs: MP4 and MKV. What am I missing?

Then you might just search at MacUpdate or CNET Downloads where you should find a suitable converter utility.

I am using Total Video Converter, as its famous Windows brother.

You can search it on App store or Google.
