is this on the ipod or on ur computer?
have u tried reseting the ipod? press and hold bothe the power button and home button on the ipod touch for 30sec till u c the apple logo.
restore the ipod using itunes plug the ipod touch in to ur computer and open itunes click on ur ipod and click on the restore tab
