I am on a site trying to speed up the Synch with my iphone and itunes.
I am being told to go to - open the settings in iTunes, go to devices and find the list âDevices backupsâ. Match the date of the last backup and the date of the folder - the thing is I cannot find settings, devices so my euqest for a solution stops there.
Please can anyone help me.

The Preferences tab choices should be:
General
Playback
Sharing
Store
Parental
Devices
Advanced
If you don't see all of these there's something very wrong with your iTunes installation. I would remove it and reinstall it.

It's most likely the site not iTunes causing the problem.
The sync process will only go as fast as your internet connection provides.
You may need to upgrade your internet service. Contact your ISP.
If you don't seen any backups listed on the Devices page you probably have a partially corrupt backup. You need to delete the backup directory from your computer. For Vista this folder is located at:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\AppleComputer\MobileSync\Backup
Substitute your Windows log in name for USERNAME.
For Windows it is iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices
