Question: Time submission for apps

Dear Apple community,

My agency submitted a free native app (category utilities) for our company and has been released without no problem. Available for download in the App Store Germany in 2010.

Based on the same apps development, we made a language adaptation in English and French for the respective countries in 2011.

After submitting our apps for UK in June, can someone tell why we are still waiting for the validation?

My agency based in Germany, tells me that there is no way to know when our UK app will be released, need to wait for the UK App review team...same for France...

Is this normal?
