Here as you can tell I have a SanDisk Cruzer that works perfectly fine for my MacBook Pro (OSx Lion 10.7).
But when I try to open it on a Window's here is what happens. . . 😐
Yes (if I click no nothing happens.)

Now at my school my teacher states that I have to do something to this on my Mac, in order to allow access for the computers to use this. But the thing Is I don't know what I can do . . does anyone know 😐

Windows cannot read a Mac formatted disk without third-party software such as MediaFour's MacDrive. In order to use the device interchangeably you need to format it differently. Try reformatting on the Mac using exFAT instead of Mac OS Extended.
whell It worked fine between the two before I used it for a small TimeMachine backup. But then I removed it from anything to do with TimeMachine and now this happens. Is there anything non-third-party that I can do to simply without annoying software?
Most likely because it wasn't Mac formatted would be my guess. Using exFAT provides almost all the features of NTFS on the Windows side, and it's readable and writeable on the Mac side.
1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to exFAT Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.

So the flash drive is OK on the Mac but not on the Windows PC. Then try formatting it on the PC using FAT32 or exFAT if that option is available.

When you use a drive for Time Machine it will be formatted by Time Machine and will work only in a Mac. I've had a similar issue and by following Kappy's suggestion and letting the PC format it to FAT32 or letting the Mac format it to FAT32 you should resolve the issue.

FAT32 is labelled MSDOS on a Mac
Connect your USB stick to your Mac. Then go into Utilities, Disk Utility and click on your USB stick in the left column (just a single click to highlight it). Now, click on the Erase tab and in the Format box select MSDos, which is also FAT32. Clicking Erase will format your SanDisk USB Stick to FAT32.
