Best server set up

Best server set up

we have a small design firm - about 10 people in 4 different locations - where we are all working on macbook pros or airs. There are some things we need to do that are windows based (quickbooks, some SEQEL Data stuff). Anyone have suggestions of whats the best server/enterprise environment? We keep getting two opinions - stick to a windows server and have macs tunnel in, or go all mac but realize there are limits. Nothing ever gets too specific so we are still confused. Any help would be much appreciated as this is clearly not my area of expertise.

You will probably get some good responses, free advice from these forums from folks who have the expertise. Realize though that people charge $ for this kind of expertise. To keep your system on going, keep it updated, resolve any glitches that may occur in the future and expand as necessary you may want to consult with an outside (these forums) person. This way your consultant is there for you from the onset. Just my 2 cents.
