How do I create an organogram using pages? Is there a freeware site I can use that contains the templates?

What is a organogram??

It is an organizational chart that displays the hierarchy of an office. It requries lines and text boxes. I really could spend an hour doing it the long way, but if there is a template to save me time, i would prefer that.
Create the boxes, duplicating by option shift dragging as necessary. Inserting sample styled text in the first reduces work later on.
Link boxes by selecting 2 at a time:
Menu > Insert > Connection line
