Reversing trim function on my iphone?
I recorded a video on my iphone, and by mistake using the trim function deleted most of video, any way to reverse or recover the video I deleted using the trim function?

"You can trim the frames from the beginning and end of a video that you just recorded, or any other video in the Camera Roll album. You can replace the original video or save the trimmed version as a new video clip....
Important: If you choose Trim Original, the trimmed frames are permanently deleted from the original video. If you choose “Save as New Clip,” a new trimmed video clip issaved in the Camera Roll album and the original video is unaffected."
So, which did you choose?
