audio recording before MIDI events

Hi freinds,

I am facing a very strange problem in Logic 9.1.2 and would greatly appreciate if someone could help.

I have a Korg M3 keyboard and Yamaha Motif keyboard attached to my iMac. So what I am doing is, I record a MIDI track in Logic, and then I route this MIDI track through the M3 editor plugin so that I can record audio from the keyboard. Now whats happening is that the audio comes before the MIDI event. So if the MIDI track is starting from 3.1.1.1, the audio starts 2 beats before 3.1.1.1? So the entire track goes out of sync and then I have to manually drag it towards right.

Anyway idea why this could be happening? I am experience this both on my MacBookPro and iMac. I have Apogee Duet for MacBookPRo and Focusrite saffire pro 40 for iMac.

Input/Output buffer settings in Logic is 256.

Waiting for your inputs :-)
