(C) makes a small c circled for copyright in Mail.
When I do a listing (A) (B) (C) (D)
The (C) in mail reverts to a small c with a circle around it which is the copyright logo.
How do I get rid of it automatically doing that ?

You can change this behaviour by going to System Preferences>Language & Text, click on the Text tab and deselect the tick that is against (c).

Thanks alot, Just goes to show you can learn something new everyday.
I would guess that the LION update changed all the symbols on their own.
Another question
Is there no auto spell check in this apple support discussion.
There is no underlining of misspelled words.
Is there a pref I need to change /

I try and check everything before I send it BUT sometimes I forget and it is ALWAYS when their is a typo .
Maybe in the next updates we will get something.
I must be candid, I do not like this setup compare to the old one.
Also, they removed the MAIL as a discussion item, I think that was a mistake also.

I just noticed that I spelled there as their SEE what I mean.
Being born and raised in NYC, I need all the help I can get when it comes to the english language.

Both words were spelled correct therefore no underlining. However mac does not have a grammar correction.
