I just bought a new PC with Windows 7 and cant locate all of my Itunes TV shows. music and movies

They are located in /Music/iTunes/ folder.

What do you mean, "I tried to pull all of my thousands of songs, movies and tv shows in off of a network"?

Do you mean you used a network drive?

Try this: First, make sure you have the most recent version of iTunes. You can do this by launching the Apple Software Update program. If you are connected to the Internet, click iTunes Store in the left. Then, Click Sign In in the Upper Right, the type in your Apple ID and Password. After that, click Purchased on the right. You should see a list of everything you bought in the iTunes Store. You can download Music, TV Shows, iOS Apps, and Books.

This might not help get your movies back, but it will prevent it from happening again. First, in iTunes, press ctrl and , at the same time to open your preferences. Then, Click the Advanced button. Check that "Keep iTunes medianfolder organized" and "Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to Library" are checked. This will prevent it from haopening again, because your media will all be in one place.

No need to hold ctrl when opening preferences. It does nothing.
