Home Folder won't sync

Hello,

We have some clients who need home folders synced, and every other Mac notebook (except for this one) has worked and synced perfectly. On this one, it sync around 700 MB into a 7 GB home folder and then logs in and gives permissions errors, I then click "Sync Home Now" and it sync all of it, but it still says "home never synced" and is a blank home folder (default) with only the desktop shown. It is a home foder created in Workgroup Manager and then data copied into it, so the permissions should all be correct. Is there any way to fix this? Everything is running 10.6.8 Client and Server. It is the same way even if I try to create a Mobile Home from a different machine.
