Were you able to pick up Wifi before? Is it picking up other network ID's?

Have you tried resetting the network settings? Settings>General>Reset at the bottom, then select Reset network settings. After you do so, turn the wifi on then off again then back on and see if that helps.

I have done a LOT of research on this and it is a known issue amongst anyone who's worked with these phones extensively.

Every independent repair shop I called said the same thing.  Its a problem with the motherboard where the wifi antenna plugs into it.  The guy I spoke with was nice enough to tell me that while he could replace the antenna, and it might work for a little while, it would probably stop working again soon.

Apple!  Get your **** together and recognize this issue.  I paid HUGE money for this phone and now 15 months later its breaking down already.  Does not inspire confidence in your products.

I'll be going android next time around.

I had similar issues one day my phone connected to my network at home and the next day it would not. No matter what i did i could not get my phone to connect, it kept coming up as unable to connect to network.

After hours of stuffing around with the settings on the phone it turned out that my wirelss router had enabled Mac filtering all on its own and that is why the phone would not connect.

I went in to my router settings and disabled Mac filtering, then entered the Mac address of my phone manually and voila it started working. Seems when my router did an update it changed the settings.

Worth checking this out if you are still having dramas at home but not anywhere else.

I was having the same problem and the only thing I had to do was reset my router (hold the little button using and ink pen for a couple seconds)  that fixed the problem instantly. I hope this helps

I have had this exact fault & was going crazy finding a solution. Thought it was my modem (which was still under warranty). Then I was told how to fix it, it sounds crazy but actually worked. Totally power down your phone. Wrap it in a tea towel and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Yes I know, but hear me out. It was possible that my phone got overheated (maybe I had left it on, in the bottom of my bag at one stage and forgot about it). This caused the internal thermal sensors to go into shutdown mode.

After trying this, totally amazed IT WORKS. Had previously totally shut down my phone, etc, rebooted to no avail. So I am sharing what was shared with me and hope it works for you, thanks
