Iphone 4 - cannot connect to internet

hi

trying to do anything on my iphone4 this afternoon connection wise,

i can recieve and send text messages but cannot connect to the web on safari, whatsapp wont connect...

appstore says it can't connect...?

please help

I have the latest firmwire 4.3.5

I seem to have lost all my bookmarks so im guessing I have lost my mobileme connection somewhere?

Safari - "there was a problem communicating with the web proxy server (HTTP).".
